Property and Cancelation Policies :
Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is rare that we can make exceptions to it. Our receptionists are instructed to follow this policy and rules. Therefore, to avoid any misunderstanding, we would appreciate it if you pay attention to the following:
MONTHS OF JANUARY / FEBRUARY / JULY / AUGUST / SEPTEMBER / DECEMBER and HOLIDAYS
If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If the guest cancels with less than 60 days notice, the 50% advance payment will not be refundable.
If they have canceled the entire stay, 50% remains as a credit for a future reservation within 3 years.
Date changes can be made as long as they are before 30 days depending on availability and rate change if applicable.
Cancellations or returns are not accepted due to weather, transportation or illness problems. Request such coverage from your traveler's insurance.

Terms and Conditions
The values are expressed in USD American dollars - oficial Exchange - transfers or cash will have "blue" exchange. They can pay in pesos at the prevailing exchange rate of the day. The rates have a 21% VAT tax that has to be in the discriminated values, only foreign residents are exempt. By presenting your document, it will be deducted from the balance to be paid at the hotel.
Check-in at 4 p.m. You can register your arrival at any time after 4 p.m. local time. The keys to the room/apartment will be waiting for you at 167 Francisco Jerman Street, Villa Catedral. The full balance of the apartment rental is payable upon arrival, at the time of check-in. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the room/apartment has been received and approved. A key to the apartment will be provided upon arrival and after that the full amount of the rent has been settled. During the check-in process, our receptionist will provide you with all the information you may need during your stay, such as the location of nearby shops, good places to eat, places you would like to see, places to visit at night, etc. Remember that you can ask our receptionist for anything that can facilitate and make your stay even more pleasant.
Check-out at 10am You can check-out at any time until 10:00am local time. You can request extended check-out times, although we may not always be able to accommodate last minute changes as we depend on availability and how busy the hotel is. Please note that a closer inspection of the room/apartment is usually carried out after check-out time and we reserve the right to charge for any damages found before the room/apartment is re-occupied.
Parking is provided at the rate of one vehicle per unit with the exception of the House Lodge which has 2 spaces available.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units.
During your stay, the apartment and all equipment and furniture must be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to staff will be expected of any damage to the apartment.
Pets are allowed? Of course! A maximum of two pets are allowed per room with an additional charge. Just be sure to collect their needs and stay on leash when out of the room. Sorry, pets are not allowed in the reception or pool areas (as directed by the health department). Additionally, pets cannot be left unattended in the rooms at any time.
